AIREV Secures Investment from Venturewave Capital to Expand AI Operating System

AIREV, the UAE-based AI start-up, has secured a strategic investment from Venturewave Capital, an Irish private equity firm. This capital injection will support AIREV’s rapid growth as it scales ‘On-Demand’, one of the world’s first AI operating systems designed to empower businesses with cutting-edge AI solutions.
Expanding Global Reach with New Investment
The partnership with Venturewave Capital is set to unlock new opportunities for AIREV, particularly in expanding its ‘On-Demand’ platform into new market territories, including Ireland and beyond. Venturewave Capital, which operates across Europe, the US, ASEAN, and the Middle East, will provide the resources to help AIREV extend its presence across multiple regions.
AIREV’s On-Demand AI platform has already gained traction, with over 4 million AI-first users worldwide. Supported by Core 42, a G42 company, AIREV continues to refine its innovative platform, designed to power the post-AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)/ASI (Artificial Super Intelligence) economic shift. The platform allows users to build their own AI applications by combining large language models with hundreds of agents and AI tools.

Commercial Partnerships and Adoption
The platform has already attracted 60,000+ users, with adoption growing rapidly. AIREV has commercial deployment agreements with leading companies, including Panchea, a computer systems and components supplier, and AIdeology, an AI systems and solutions provider. The company is also in discussions with Fortune 500 semiconductor companies.
On-Demand offers access to AI inference capabilities across leading models, including OpenAI’s GPT, Google’s Gemini, Meta’s Llama, and Jais, a specialized Arabic language model. With over 300 specialized agents in its marketplace, the platform integrates seamlessly with major ERP and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Moreover, On-Demand can run on any hardware system, providing hardware providers with the opportunity to monetize infrastructure by linking users’ computational activity to revenue generation.
Future Vision and Strategic Growth
Niamh Smyth TD, Ireland's Minister for Trade Promotion, AI, and Digital Transformation, emphasized that the investment in AIREV is a prime example of Ireland as a world tech connector. She added that the efforts of AIREV in areas such as education and healthcare prove the power of technology to cross markets.
Muhammad Khalid, AIREV’s CEO, shared his enthusiasm for the future of On-Demand, describing it as a platform that allows companies to create tailored AI solutions quickly, easily, and affordably. He explained that Venturewave Capital recognized the transformative potential of the platform, as well as AIREV’s agile team capable of delivering a game-changing product that could disrupt the global AI ecosystem.
AIREV’s Growing AI Portfolio
Founded in 2023 by Muhammad Khalid (CEO), Dr. Youssef Youssef (COO), and Kayaan Unwalla (CSO), AIREV continues to build its portfolio of next-generation AI-driven businesses. In addition to On-Demand, the company has launched School Hack, a viral edtech platform that leverages AI to revolutionize education.
With its new investment and growing AI capabilities, AIREV is well-positioned to lead the AI industry and continue its global expansion.
