Alset AI Ventures Rebrands Cedarcross International Technologies to Lyken.AI for Scalable AI Infrastructure Solutions
Lyken.AI emerges as a next-gen PaaS provider, rebranded from Cedarcross by Alset AI Ventures, to meet North America's growing demand for scalable AI infrastructure.

Alset AI Ventures Inc. has announced the official rebrand and transformation of its portfolio company, Cedarcross International Technologies Inc., into Lyken.AI (Lyken). This strategic shift positions Lyken as a next-generation platform-as-a-service (PaaS) provider, designed to meet the increasing need for scalable AI infrastructure solutions in Canada and North America.

Lyken’s PaaS Model and Expansion Plans

Lyken's new PaaS framework provides end-to-end infrastructure-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service solutions. This allows clients to make effortless jumps from idea to implementation with one partner, offering an end-to-end, integrated solution for AI deployment. Along with this shift, Lyken is in the process of evaluating the purchase and build-out of data centres to grow its operations and revenue in light of increasing demand.

Ecosystem Partnerships and Business Development

Lyken is developing a strong ecosystem of strategic alliances, which also involves partnerships with industry giants like Super Micro, NVIDIA, and Earthmade. These partnerships will help Lyken deliver advanced compute and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Additionally, Lyken is collaborating with Silver Birch to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, aiming to create a strong sales pipeline across Canada and the United States.

The name Lyken, inspired by natural ecosystems, reflects the company's focus on intelligent infrastructure and adaptive, client-centric solutions. As part of its rebranding, Lyken plans to launch a new corporate website by the end of Q3 2025.

The website will serve as a central hub for showcasing Lyken’s platform capabilities, ecosystem partnerships, and turnkey infrastructure solutions, providing an accessible gateway for customers, partners, and investors.

Positioning for Long-Term Growth

With its revamped strategic focus, Lyken is positioning itself as a boutique AI infrastructure platform that delivers margin-rich solutions, reduces time-to-deployment, and scales compute resources as demand accelerates.

Adam Ingrao, CEO of Alset AI, said, “Lyken is more than a name change - it's the foundation of a modern, integrated, and differentiated platform to meet the significant demand for AI compute power.”

He added, “With this transformation, Lyken will be a cornerstone of our growth strategy: a complete end-to-end solution that enables AI companies to scale AI deployment with speed, confidence, and efficiency."

AI Infrastructure Market Growth

The worldwide AI infrastructure market is projected to grow significantly, with expenditure estimated to increase from $46.15 billion in 2024 to $356.14 billion by 2032, at a CAGR of 29.1%. North America is projected to remain at the forefront of this wave of capital and innovation, leaving Lyken well positioned to take advantage of the fast-growing AI infrastructure market.
