Advancing Human-AI Collaboration

Toloka specializes in training and evaluating AI models using a global network of human experts and data annotators. Its services help enhance the performance and safety of large-scale AI systems by integrating human oversight into AI development.

Governance and Future Plans

While Nebius will remain a significant economic shareholder in Toloka, it has given up majority voting control, granting the company greater independence. Mikhail Parakhin, CTO of Shopify, also participate in the round and will serve as executive chairman of Toloka’s newly formed board.

Toloka has indicated that another funding round may be on the horizon as it continues expanding its capabilities and customer base.
