Comviva partners with AWS to accelerate its AI-first transformation, embedding generative AI and cloud capabilities into its customer experience and monetization platforms.

Comviva, a global leader in customer experience and data monetization solutions, has announced a major leap in its AI-driven transformation and SaaSification journey, through a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This collaboration is set to further Comviva's vision of becoming a truly AI-first organization by leveraging AWS’ advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to enhance its suite of products.

AI-Driven Products and Faster Innovation

As part of its AI-first vision, Comviva is integrating advanced AI and generative AI (GenAI) capabilities across its product suite, including Ngage-CNPaaS, API Marketplace, MobiLytix, BlueMarble, and Mobiquity for predictive insights.

AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure powers Comviva’s platform, enabling it to deploy new features and updates rapidly, providing customers with the latest innovations without delays.

AWS also supports improved system reliability, uptime, and scalability, ensuring that Comviva can meet peak demand without compromising on service quality.

A New Era of SaaSification and Scalability

The collaboration is a significant move in Comviva's 2.0 growth strategy that emphasizes driving scalability, flexibility, and go-to-market deployment of its solutions at a quicker pace.

The transition to Software as a Service (SaaS) is central to Comviva’s strategic shift, with multiple intellectual properties (IPs) being seamlessly transitioned to cloud-based solutions. This shift promises faster deployment and increased operational efficiency.

Comviva’s AI-first strategy has improved support efficiency by 20% with 90% resolution accuracy and boosted developer productivity by over 20%. AI now drives 50% of security processes with 80%+ threat detection accuracy. A key highlight is BlueMarble Intelligence, which enhances revenue predictability by automating 90% of manual tasks and reducing order disruptions by 80%.

Enhanced Marketing Capabilities with MobiLytix™

Comviva is also integrating generative AI into its MobiLytix™ Real-Time Marketing platform. The platform will feature two AI master agents, the generative AI Analytics Agent, which provides actionable insights, and the generative AI Campaign Agent, designed to streamline and expedite campaign configurations.

AWS cloud services such as EC2, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda, S3, Amazon Q, and Bedrock allow Comviva to construct an elastic, robust infrastructure. These services guarantee high performance and low cost, while AI services provide enhanced analytics and innovation.
