Eagle Eye Networks Launches Intelligent Automation Engine to Raise Cloud Video Surveillance
Eagle Eye Networks launches Eagle Eye Automations, a new platform that streamlines security, safety, and operational processes through real-time automated actions and AI-driven integrations.

Eagle Eye Networks, the world leader in cloud video surveillance, has launched Eagle Eye Automations, a robust new rules-based automation engine that will assist businesses in streamlining their security, safety, and operational processes.

The new platform enables the creation of automated rules that bridge different systems and initiate real-time actions, reducing the amount of manual intervention required and allowing quicker, more efficient responses to incidents.

Dean Drako, CEO of Eagle Eye Networks, said, “Today’s security systems are complex, increasingly incorporating video surveillance, AI, analytics, sensors, and other third-party devices and technologies. Eagle Eye Automations enable disparate components to work together effectively.”

Automation in Action: Real-World Applications

Operative within the Eagle Eye Cloud Video Management System (VMS), the automation engine allows businesses to define unique triggers, such as identifying a person, vehicle, or license plate, and activate instant, tailored responses. The responses can range from alert notifications, through access control, to integration with third-party monitoring systems.

Eagle Eye Automations offers several key use cases: theft deterrence at car dealerships with motion detection and alerts; intrusion detection in restricted areas by triggering lights or unlocking doors; parking enforcement using License Plate Recognition (LPR); water leak management with sensor alerts and video verification; vape detection in schools with staff alerts; system health checks for offline cameras; and retail insights by tracking store openings and notifying managers of early visitors.

Eagle Eye also collaborated with iNet Security and Surveillance in Texas to integrate Automations with Immix, a leading central monitoring software, improving remote video monitoring through enhanced AI analytics and speaker support.

Key Benefits for Business Users

Eagle Eye Automations simplifies operations by minimizing manual steps and providing instant alerts for key events. It provides centralized control from one dashboard and is scalable for companies of any size. The platform supports advanced responses through push notifications, email, or direct connections to platforms like Immix and Sentinel, and can trigger physical actions via webhooks.
