Flexential and CoreWeave Expand AI Data Center Infrastructure in Texas
Flexential, a data center solutions provider, has entered into a partnership with CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, to grow CoreWeave's data center presence.
The firms have committed to a 13-megawatt (MW) deployment at Flexential's Plano, Texas colocation facility that will address growing demand for AI workloads and underpin development of CoreWeave's Cloud platform engineered specifically for artificial intelligence (AI).
This state-of-the-art data center will feature power and cooling infrastructure optimized for the unique engineering needs of CoreWeave's AI platform to deliver high-performance capabilities for large-scale AI model development and deployment.
Enabling Accelerated AI Innovation and Scale
Patrick Doherty, Chief Revenue Officer at Flexential, said, “This large-scale deployment will allow us to deliver high-performance infrastructure through the FlexAnywhere® Platform, on an urgent timeline.”
He added, “13 MW of contiguous capacity provides CoreWeave's customers with a reliable platform to scale their AI initiatives and powers the next generation of data-driven innovation across industries."
The Plano data center will be tightly integrated with CoreWeave's overall cloud platform, delivering low-latency connectivity to state-of-the-art AI computing capacity to the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, furthering the regional demand for AI-based solutions.

The growth is consistent with wider industry trends as companies in a range of sectors increasingly use AI to boost automation, improve efficiency, and generate new revenue streams.

Strengthening the CoreWeave-Flexential Partnership
This growth is another milestone in the collaboration between Flexential and CoreWeave, after the successful deployment of CoreWeave infrastructure in Flexential's Portland-Hillsboro and Atlanta-Douglasville data centers.
The two firms have been working closely to provide innovative AI infrastructure solutions to address the needs of companies transitioning to AI-based operations.
CoreWeave’s move into Plano follows a series of AI infrastructure milestones. In February,
CoreWeave became the first cloud service provider to offer the NVIDIA Blackwell platform to its customers. In August, CoreWeave also became the first to provide NVIDIA H200 GPUs to its clients.
