This collaboration seeks to address key challenges in India’s healthcare system, focusing on timely medication access and efficient case management for its 1.4 billion citizens. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted gaps in traditional healthcare, particularly in pharmacy operations, prompting Manipal Hospitals to innovate and enhance patient experiences.
AI-Driven Innovation for Better Patient Outcomes
Through this partnership, Manipal Hospitals is pioneering generative AI to enhance vital processes such as nurse handoffs, which are typically time-consuming and prone to errors.
