IIT Roorkee, Futurense Launch AI & AIOps Certification

The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has partnered with Futurense to launch a groundbreaking Advanced Certification in AI Engineering & AIOps. Set to launch in August 2025, this nine-month program is designed for working professionals and engineers eager to drive the next wave of AI innovation across various industries. It addresses the critical gap in AI implementation, equipping participants with the skills to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Program Features and Industry-Relevant Skills
The certification program stands out as India's first to focus explicitly on cloud-native GenAI and Agentic AI deployment. Students will master AI workflows from fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to real-time orchestration and MLOps. The curriculum integrates theoretical learning with hands-on projects, allowing participants to work on real-world AI systems. The program is designed to bridge the production gap in AI by focusing on secure, scalable, and impactful AI systems.
Professor Kamal Kishore Pant, Director of IIT Roorkee, emphasized the program's practical approach: "As industries demand real-time, always-on intelligence, this program will prepare professionals to become architects of future-ready AI systems."
