Innodisk announces PCIe Gen5 SSD Series in response to Growing Needs of AI and Data Centers

Innodisk, a pioneering provider of industrial-grade flash storage products, has announced its new PCIe Gen5 SSD series, which adheres to the OCP Data Center NVMe SSD spec v2.0 and addresses the growing demands of AI model training, big data analytics, and other data-centric applications.

The new series accommodates several form factors such as U.2, EDSFF E1.S, E3.S, and the newly introduced E3.L, which makes the solution highly adaptable for today's enterprise and data center environments.

High-Capacity, High-Speed Data Storage for Data-Intensive Computing

The PCIe Gen5 SSD features the newest PCIe Gen 5 x4 interface and NVMe 2.0 protocol, breaking the speed and latency constraints of previous storage interfaces. With up to 128TB of NAND flash storage, the series offers read speeds of up to 14GB/s and write speeds of up to 10GB/s, supporting blazing-fast data transfers for high-demand applications.

Scalable Solutions for Enterprise and Data Center Storage

As enterprise data centers handle large-scale storage deployments and multi-tiered environments, they require efficient management capabilities. Innodisk’s PCIe Gen5 SSD addresses these challenges with NVMe-MI for streamlined SSD management and multi-namespace support, ensuring scalable and efficient storage operations across complex environments.
