MAAC Concludes Landmark AI Training Initiative for Digital Content Creation

MAAC, a renowned institute specializing in high-end 3D animation, VFX training, gaming, and multimedia, recently concluded a significant five-day training program on Digital Content Creation using Generative AI (Gen AI) design tools, as reported by ThePrint.
Held at the Sri Satya Sai Auditorium in New Delhi, the event was designed to address the disruptive technological changes in the Media and Entertainment industry, especially in light of the rapid rise of Generative AI.
Empowering the Next Generation of Designers and Storytellers
As part of MAAC's 25-year legacy and a network of over 120+ centers across India, this initiative represents a crucial step in integrating AI into creative education. The program successfully trained over 500 students on the use of cutting-edge Gen AI tools, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, and Kling AI.
Sandip Weling, Chief Business Officer at Aptech Limited and Brand Custodian of MAAC, said, “This initiative is a significant step toward empowering the next generation of designers and storytellers.”

The AI Revolution in Media and Entertainment
As AI continues to reshape industries, MAAC’s initiative aims to prepare the next generation of designers to harness AI's potential in digital content creation.
Deepak Choudhary, Director at MAAC South Ex, Delhi, highlighted that AI tools are already transforming the media and entertainment sector, with companies like Netflix optimizing content recommendations and Marvel Studios integrating AI in visual effects. By 2030, it's expected that over 70% of media and entertainment content will be influenced by AI.

Training the Workforce of Tomorrow
The program featured ten expert trainers who covered everything from basic to advanced concepts of AI design tools. Notable industry figures, including Instagram AI creators Luv Sankhla, Deenu Khan, Rahul Tiwary, and Divyansh Mundra, as well as experts like Vidushi Saxena from Adobe India and Vijay Shah, Director of Design at Physics Wallah, shared their expertise.
These leaders, along with mentors from MAAC HQ in Mumbai, guided students through the evolving landscape of Generative AI and its applications in the creative industries.
Despite concerns over AI replacing jobs, MAAC’s initiative reinforces that professionals will thrive not by competing against AI but by mastering how to use it effectively. As AI transforms content creation, MAAC’s Mega Batch training marks an important step toward preparing India’s creative workforce for an AI-driven future.
