MELTRIC to Showcase Switch-Rated Electrical Devices at Data Center World 2025

MELTRIC Corporation, a North American manufacturer of Switch-Rated plugs and receptacles, is participating in Data Center World 2025 from April 15 to 17 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, located at Booth #1401. The company will present its range of electrical connection devices designed to support the performance, safety, and operational efficiency of modern data centers.
Supporting Uptime and Energy Efficiency
As data centers strive to maintain continuous operation and high reliability, MELTRIC's Switch-Rated products aim to provide dependable electrical connections for critical systems, including redundant power supplies, generators, and HVAC systems.
The company highlights that its technology enables safe disconnection of individual data stacks, allowing for streamlined maintenance and operational flexibility.
Based on MELTRIC, the units are designed to minimize heat output compared to pin-and-sleeve types. This can enable data centers to enhance Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) by reducing cooling requirements, in support of energy efficiency objectives.
Integrated Safety and Functionality
A defining feature of MELTRIC’s offering is its combination of a disconnect switch with a plug and receptacle in a single device. The design allows for disconnection with the push of a button and includes visual verification of de-energization, which the company says supports line-of-sight compliance and enhanced safety for technicians.
