MiTAC unveils powerful next-gen AI, HPC, and cloud servers at COMPUTEX 2025, featuring Intel Xeon 6 processors and AMD GPUs for cutting-edge performance.

MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation, a prominent server platform designer and subsidiary of MiTAC Holdings, has launched a comprehensive suite of next-generation servers at COMPUTEX 2025.

These servers are designed for high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, and enterprise applications, powered by Intel Xeon 6 processors with Performance-cores (P-cores). The announcement highlights MiTAC's continued collaboration with Intel to bring cutting-edge technology to data centers globally.

Rick Hwang, President of MiTAC Computing, said, “At MiTAC Computing, we are proud to extend our partnership with AMD as we continue developing advanced, scalable, and energy-efficient server platforms.”

He added, “By integrating AMD's latest EPYC™ 9005 and 4005 series processors, AMD Instinct™ MI325X GPUs, and the upcoming MI350 series GPUs and platforms, we're enabling our global customers to unlock new capabilities in AI infrastructure and high-performance computing."

AI and HPC Servers

MiTAC’s G4527G6 and G4520G6 are high-performance solutions designed for AI training, inference, and compute-intensive HPC workloads. The G4527G6 is a 4U AI powerhouse equipped with dual Intel Xeon 6767P processors, support for up to 8 GPUs, 32 DDR5-6400 RDIMM slots, and a memory capacity of up to 8TB.

With robust PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, it is ideal for large-scale AI deployments. Similarly, the G4520G6 is built for demanding AI and HPC tasks, featuring Intel Xeon 6700P processors, support for 8 GPUs, and the same memory and slot configuration. It also includes 80+ Titanium-certified power supplies for energy-efficient, sustainable performance.

Cloud Servers for Hyperscale and Data Centers

MiTAC’s latest cloud-optimized servers cater to hyperscale and data center needs. The 2U M2710G6 supports up to 128 cores per node with Intel Xeon 6900P CPUs, ideal for large-scale VMs and containers.

The cost-efficient M2510G6 offers four nodes with up to 4TB memory each. For memory-heavy tasks, the 1U R1520G6 features Intel Xeon 6700P CPUs and 10 NVMe bays. The 2U R2513G6 targets storage-demanding workloads with 24 SATA drives, SAS RAID, NVMe support, and DDR5 memory.

Enterprise Servers for Versatile Business Needs

MiTAC's R2520G6 is a flexible 2U server with Intel Xeon 6700P CPUs, up to 8TB DDR5 memory, and support for 8–24 NVMe U.2 drives, ideal for ERP and supply chain workloads. Its next-gen servers with Intel Xeon 6 and built-in AI acceleration offer improved scalability, efficiency, and lower TCO for data-intensive enterprise needs.
