Northern Data and Gcore Partner to Launch Global AI Delivery Network

Northern Data AG has announced a strategic commercial partnership with Gcore, a global provider of edge AI, cloud, and network solutions. The collaboration is designed to create a powerful AI infrastructure ecosystem for large enterprises and AI model developers, positioning the two companies as a leading force in AI-as-a-Service and next-generation network solutions.
Gcore currently serves high-profile clients such as Wargaming, Avast, NHN Cloud, Sandbox Interactive, and Photon.
Introducing the Intelligence Delivery Network
The core outcome of this partnership is the launch of the Intelligence Delivery Network (IDN), a globally distributed platform built to deliver AI workloads with ultra-low latency and enterprise-grade security.
The IDN will leverage Gcore’s global network, featuring 180 points of presence, over 200 Tbps of network capacity, and 14,000+ peering partners, alongside Northern Data’s robust GPU infrastructure, one of the largest in Europe.
According to Bloomberg Intelligence, the AI inferencing market is projected to reach $169 billion by 2032, underscoring the growing demand for solutions like the IDN.
A Full-Stack AI Platform Ready for Deployment
The IDN will combine Northern Data’s high-performance computing infrastructure with Gcore’s Everywhere Inference software and architecture, providing a vertically integrated suite of tools. This includes support for Managed Kubernetes and a broad AI model library, enabling clients to run both open-source and custom-built AI models efficiently.
The partnership also emphasizes ease of deployment, allowing users to launch full-stack AI solutions with just a few clicks. The architecture is designed to provide scalable, real-time access with robust data protection, regulatory compliance, and optimized infrastructure utilization.
