These AI Agents utilize predictive analytics to proactively issue alerts, identify the right Network Engineers, dispatch jobs, create detailed issue summaries, and guide resolution plans.

The agents also close the loop after the issue is resolved, ensuring continuous improvement. According to simulations, this solution is expected to reduce resolution cycle times by 30%, improving resource utilization and efficiency in the network.
