Sorin Investments Leads $7 Million Series A Round in AI Startup Beacon.li

Sorin Investments, an Indian venture capital firm announced that it has led a $7 million Series A funding round in Beacon.li. Beacon.li is an AI powered product assistant company. It focuses on enhancing enterprise software support and adoption.
Apart from Sorin Investments, the funding round also witnessed participation from Athera Venture Partners, JAFCO Asia and Unicorn India Ventures. The participants also include several angel investors. Contributors such as Aneesh Reddy (CEO of Capillary Technologies), Kapil Bharti (CTA of Delhi), and Aravind Sanka (CEO of Rapid) are some of the prominent names among the contributors.
Scaling AI Capabilities for Global Expansion
The funding will help Beacon.li expand its AI capabilities, scale its global presence, and further advance enterprise automation. As AI continues to reshape industries, Beacon.li is positioning itself as a leader in transforming user experiences, product adoption, and support efficiency.
Rakesh Vaddadi, co-founder of Beacon.li, emphasised that AI driven automation is essential for enterprise to remain customer centric. He highlighted that it is no longer deemed optional.
