Sungrow unveils iSolarBPS at Intersolar Europe—an AI-driven platform redefining safety and efficiency for large-scale energy storage systems.

At Intersolar Europe, Sungrow, a global leader in solar and energy storage solutions, unveiled its next-generation battery pre-diagnosis system, iSolarBPS, designed to redefine safety management in energy storage systems (ESS) and accelerate Europe's energy transition.

Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), iSolarBPS offers a groundbreaking approach to diagnosing and mitigating potential risks in energy storage, setting a new standard for safety in the industry.

AI-Driven Safety Management for ESS

The iSolarBPS platform integrates power electronics, electrochemistry, and artificial intelligence, leveraging Sungrow's self-developed ESS smart cell large model and GeneSafe algorithm cluster.

Utilizing over 50 indicators, such as voltage and temperature consistency, internal resistance, and short circuit detection, it provides comprehensive diagnostics for large-scale storage facilities, generating detailed reports in under a minute.

The platform features a multi-tier early warning system, including 7-day, 100-hour, and 1-hour alerts for voltage inconsistencies, internal short circuits, and thermal runaway, enabling proactive intervention and fire risk mitigation.

With five-level fault localization—spanning system, cabinet, rack, pack, and cell levels, iSolarBPS enhances O&M efficiency by 30% and supports autonomous energy storage system maintenance. Certified to IEC62443 and other international standards, it ensures data privacy, operational safety, and global regulatory compliance.
