Synapxe Partners with AI Giants to Enhance Healthcare with AI Solutions
Synapxe, Singapore's healthtech agency, has forged strategic partnerships with global tech leaders, including OpenAI, Databricks, and Google Cloud, to enhance AI skills and solutions within the public healthcare sector. The announcements were made at Synapxe’s AI Accelerate conference, aimed at exploring AI’s role in healthcare transformation.
Boosting Healthcare with AI Technology
The partnership between OpenAI seeks to deploy AI technology in actual healthcare environments, such as the creation of prototypes for services such as appointment scheduling and responding to general healthcare inquiries. OpenAI is excited about international strategy director Oliver Jay's assertion of how the partnership enables technology testing for actual public sector use.

Training and Empowering Healthcare Professionals
Synapxe, in collaboration with Databricks, aims to train and certify between 100 healthcare professionals using its Healix Data and AI Academy. As part of the collaboration, predictive care use cases and AI-powered tools for better management of healthcare data will also be developed. In addition, an MOU with Google Cloud will involve integrating AI technologies into Synapxe's platforms, with a plan to train at least 300 healthcare professionals on Google Cloud's AI products.
Ensuring Safety and Compliance of AI
Synapxe has also collaborated with Aidx Tech to tackle AI risks and ensure healthcare standards compliance. Together, they plan to set up a common AI safety and compliance lab where they can test AI models with the goal of complying with international standards such as ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act.

Ngiam Siew Ying, Synapxe CEO, said that AI holds much promise of dramatic change in healthcare through driving innovation, predictive, and personalized care. These partnerships aim to upgrade Singapore's healthcare system by using leading-edge AI technologies to advance the health of all.
