TensorWave Secures $100 Million in Series A Funding to Accelerate AI Infrastructure Growth

TensorWave, a leader in AMD-powered AI infrastructure solutions, has raised $100 million in Series A funding to support its rapidly growing AI compute capabilities.
The funding round, led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures, with continued support from Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and new investor Prosperity7, will propel the company’s mission to democratize access to cutting-edge AI compute infrastructure. The new capital positions TensorWave to address the ever-growing demand for AI resources.
Scaling with AMD Instinct MI325X GPUs
The investment will primarily support TensorWave’s deployment of over 8,000 AMD Instinct™ MI325X GPUs for a dedicated AI training cluster.
The cluster, which is central to TensorWave’s operations, will serve as a critical resource for AI model training and inference, meeting the rising demand for AI infrastructure in both enterprise and research sectors. The company is on track to close the year with a revenue run rate surpassing $100 million, reflecting a remarkable 20x year-over-year increase.
