Uniqus Secures $20 Million to Provide AI Based Consulting Solutions

Mumbai based Uniqus Consultech has raised $20 million in its Series C funding round.
The round was led by Nexus Venture Partners, with early investor Sorin Investments also contributing.
The capital will be used to increase Uniqus' international presence and roll out new services. The company will also accelerate its AI based offerings to meet clients' reporting and risk management challenges.
Jamil Khatri, the founder and CEO of Uniqus, stated that the round of funding would enable the company to expand its capabilities and geographical presence. He also mentioned that the funding would allow them to develop Uniqus AI, which would leverage GenAI models to transform the delivery of consulting services.
AI-Powered Consulting Solutions at the Core
The company was established by Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan in 2022. It offers consulting services in various segments. These include accounting, reporting, finance operations, governance, risk management, ESG, and technology.
The company’s product portfolio also features GenAI-powered platforms like UniQuest (industry analysis), Risk UniVerse (financial control), Reporting UniVerse (data management), and ESG UniVerse (ESG metrics). Uniqus currently tends to over 250 enterprises globally, marking its space in the AI enhanced consulting space.
This investment comes as the enterprise tech industry sees increasing adoption of AI solutions. Companies like Gallabox and Atomicwork are also raising significant capital to build agentic AI platforms that assist with tasks like customer service and IT management.
Rising Trend of AI Investment in Enterprise Tech
The Series C funding for Uniqus reflects the growing trend of AI adoption in enterprise tech. Investors are increasingly betting on AI powered solutions to improve business processes.
For instance, Atomicwork, another enterprise AI startup, recently raised $25 million to advance its IT service management platform.
Additionally, IT services giant Genpact has launched the “Genpact AI Gigafactory” accelerator program to help enterprises scale AI solutions from pilot phases to full production.
