Stardust Solar Announces Strategic Partnership with MarkeDroid for AI-Powered Solar and Battery Optimization
Stardust Solar Energy Inc. has announced a groundbreaking non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Estonia-based MarkeDroid OÜ, a provider of AI-driven renewable energy virtual power plant services.
The partnership, which will be exclusive to North America, focuses on integrating MarkeDroid’s advanced AI-based solar and battery optimization solution across Stardust Solar’s 93+ franchise territories throughout Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
AI-Driven Solar Optimization for Cost Efficiency
According to the LOI terms, Stardust Solar will white-label and integrate MarkeDroid's technology, which maximizes the buy-sell-store cycles of solar energy systems by using market prices, on-site solar generation, and usage patterns.
The groundbreaking solution will increase energy efficiency and reduce costs to both residential and commercial customers, in line with Stardust Solar's vision of driving renewable energy usage.

Expanding Reach and Strategic Milestones
This partnership aligns with Stardust Solar’s broader expansion strategy. Recent achievements include the acquisition of 49 US territories through Solar Grids Development LLC, new franchise launches in high-growth markets such as Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, and Florida, and a project backlog exceeding C$2 million in signed contracts for solar and energy storage installations.
In addition, Stardust Solar has established essential strategic alliances, such as a distribution partnership with Tesla for the Powerwall battery storage solution.
The partnership with MarkeDroid also strengthens Stardust Solar's positioning as a leader in the industry, offering innovative renewable energy solutions that yield higher returns on investment.
