Treasure Global Inc. unveils plans to build a state-of-the-art AI cloud infrastructure in Malaysia, positioning itself as a key player in Southeast Asia's growing AI landscape.

Treasure Global Inc., a Nasdaq technology firm, has revealed a strategic plan to construct and launch an enhanced artificial intelligence (AI) cloud infrastructure in Malaysia. The new platform will support AI models with one trillion parameters, making it one of Southeast Asia's most substantial AI computing environments.

The announcement is a significant milestone in the company's journey to expand enterprise-grade AI infrastructure, purpose-built to accelerate the next wave of AI applications, such as large language models (LLMs), computer vision models, and generative AI.

Growing TGL's Technological Presence in Southeast Asia

Treasure Global’s new AI cloud platform will be built using cutting-edge technology, optimized for large-scale, multi-modal AI workloads. Development has already begun, with phased deployment set for 2025.

The platform will use advanced GPU clusters and DeepSeek’s technology to provide high-performance computing for large AI models, positioning Treasure Global to compete globally.

Addressing Increasing Demand for AI Infrastructure in Malaysia

The need for AI infrastructure is expanding rapidly worldwide and is expected to reach $60.23 billion by 2025. The growth of AI applications in finance, healthcare, retail, and logistics industries has fueled this demand, and Malaysia is rapidly becoming a regional digital innovation hub.

Malaysia is investing in scalable computing infrastructure to serve the public and private sectors.

Unlocking New Opportunities Across Multiple Industries

The AI cloud platform will benefit various sectors, enhancing financial services with risk analytics and fraud prevention, healthcare with diagnostic tools and AI assistants, retail and logistics with demand forecasting and optimization, and supporting the public sector and education with generative tools and automation.

Treasure Global has secured a $16 million service agreement with Malaysia’s V Gallant Sdn Bhd to design and deploy an AI cloud platform. The partnership, aligned with Treasure Global’s AI infrastructure expansion, will continue through December 2025.
